What is Quaalude?

Quaalude is used as a sedative/hypnotic medicine.

Important information:

Originally prescribed to treat insomnia or as a muscle relaxant, Quaalude is now used as a recreational drug.

Before taking this medicine:

Always obtain a doctor’s prescription before taking Quaalude. Note that Quaalude is banned in many areas.

How should I take Quaalude

What happens if I miss a dose?

Withdrawal effects are similar to other barbiturates, and are potentially fatal.

What happens if I overdose?

Overdose of Quaalude may cause delirium, seizures, kidney failure, coma, and death.

What should I avoid while taking Quaalude?

Avoid alcohol and operating machinery while taking Quaalude.

Quaalude side effects:

side effects include nausea, abdominal cramps, itching, rashes, sweating, dry mouth, seizures and erectile dysfunction.

Quaalude dosing information:

Dosage of 75-150mg for first time users is typical. Onset of action is approximately 30 minutes, and lasts for 5 to 8 hours.

What other drugs will affect Quaalude?

Any drug that depresses the central nervous system should not be taken with Quaalude.
