What is Methedrine?
Methedrine is the trade name for methamphetamine. It is used to treat ADHD, narcolepsy, and obesity.
Important information:
This medication is only available through a doctor’s prescription.
Before taking this medicine:
You should not take methedrine if you have glaucoma, a history of drug addiction and/or abuse, or thyroid problems.
How should I take Methedrine?
Methedrine is administered as a long-acting tablet. It should not be taken late at night, in order to avoid sleeping problems. For weight loss, take thirty minutes before each meal.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Take the dose as soon as you remember to do so; do not double up a dose to make up for a missed one.
What happens if I overdose?
Overdose symptoms include chest pains, stomach pain, heart palpitations, seizures, and laborious breathing. Medical attention is needed immediately.
What should I avoid while taking Methedrine?
Alcohol and the usage of MAO inhibitors should be avoided while using methedrine.
Methedrine side effects:
Side effects include dizziness, accelerated pulse, drowsiness, and mood changes.
Methedrine dosing information:
Dosages are prescribed by a doctor based on your personal and medical information; prescriptions cannot be refilled without a follow-up prescription.
What other drugs will affect Methedrine?
Anti-depressants, insulin, blood pressure medications, and antihypertensives can interact negatively with methedrine.
