What is Panacet

Panacet is a combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. It is a narcotic and used for pain relief.

Important information:

Panacet is a controlled substance. The Hydrocodone in Panacet is habit forming and may only be taken by the prescribed.

Before taking this medicine:

Do not consume alcohol while taking Panacet. Inform your doctor if you have or have had any liver or kidney diseases. Talk to your doctor if the medicine no longer relieves your pain.

How should I take Panacet?

Panacet is an oral medication. Take as prescribed.

What happens if I miss a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as convenient. Do not take extra Panacet to make-up for a missed dose.

What happens if I overdose?

An overdose may be fatal. Seek emergency medical treatment immediately.

What should I avoid while taking Panacet?

Avoid alcohol and medicines containing Acetaminophen. Avoid operating machinery. Avoid medications that slow breathing.

Side effects include: Confusion, fainting, nausea, headache, blurred vision, and dry mouth.
